Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Sofra, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity within your household. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

Use Sofra only for lawful, personal meal-planning purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data, reverse-engineer the app, or misuse invite codes.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add — meals, dishes, notes, ratings, and photos. You grant us permission to store and process that content solely to operate the app for you and your household.

Service provided "as is"

Sofra is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Insights and auto-generated plans are suggestions to help you decide — they are not professional dietary, medical, or financial advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Availability & changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these terms as the app evolves; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

You may stop using Sofra and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
