Sofra ("we", "us") helps you and your household plan meals, track dishes and restaurants, and understand your eating and spending. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Sofra you agree to this policy.
We do not collect your location, contacts, messages, or browsing activity, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your data is stored using Google Firebase — Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Storage — which processes it on our behalf under Google's terms and security. Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
Content you create within a household is visible to the members of that household. If you sign in with Google, Google handles that authentication. We do not share your personal information with other third parties for their own purposes.
We keep your content while your account is active so your meal memory stays available. When you delete your account, your personal profile data is removed.
Sofra is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. The "kids tiffin" feature is a planning tool used by adults; it does not create accounts for children or collect information from them.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
